Titanium Grade 7 Flanges contains 0.12 to 0.25% Palladium, which is similar to Grade 2. As the most corrosion resistant of all currently available titanium alloys, Grade 7 Titanium Flanges is especially well suited to applications requiring resistance. Grade 7 Titanium Pipe Flanges has a high tensile strength almost equal to those of several low density alloys, but is approximately 40% lighter than them.

The addition of palladium gives Ti Gr. 7 Flanges enhanced crevice corrosion resistances at low temperatures and high pH.
